Hi Jantimot,
In the notes to financial statement 2014, 2015 and 2016, there is no disclosure that accounts payable-other is secured by fixed assets (a property). This is really a mystery? In the balance sheet, non-current assets are almost no value. There are not details of accounts payable-other except there is amount owing to Ames Associates Pty Ltd.
