South Africa mining

DMR/SA government need to tread very carefully before making drastic decisions on mining rights hence giving  signals that investments into the country are not welcomed.

I am actually quite surprised that the "potential cancellation of mining rights" letter is the first communication between DMR and NKP.Surely DMR would have had several communications with Nkp before such a strong worded letter was sent?????
