My guess is that the author of the document may have used a map that was not up to date with respect to the NGP.
Did my monthly due diligence through the official Jemena channel yesterday and the whole project is tracking pretty spot on schedule.
The first shipload of coated pipe should have already arrived ad Darwin Port. Much of the actual pipe has now been coated.
