I would imagine that Netflix data is already pretty compressed - I'd be surprised if we can wangle much more compression out of that... also did I read somewhere that Wangle can't do much with data passed over a https connection? Apple's developer guidelines state that apps using web services should connect over https (I think this is mandatory in apps from January 2017 on).
