I think HDR are concerned they will not recieve 75% of the shares in issue as a vote. So they are chasing up the small voters to make sure the vote meets this criteria. Dont think they will worry about "yes or no" until they make 75%. Less than 75% then that means it has failed

Then I think the 50% attendance vote at Perth on the day comes into play.
