He's just saying it could be a setup.
Company could easily throw some money into itself to generate buying/selling and then have a presentation to clients/investors etc.. later that day saying "look we have gone up 10% today alone..." lol
Or could be news is coming and this ship has some holes in it..
Or could mean absolutely nothing LOL
