Thanks for that .. US$30 sounds fabulous! Regarding Michael Otten doing his job .. I have been corresponding with him and understand he is developing a strategy for promotion in the US. When I challenged him on the lack of local media coverage of the CS appointment this was his reply (extracted from a larger email reply):

"It is more than simply trying to get some press for the CS announcement – which by the way was discussed with two key publications today [12/12].

One of the publications was also given an exclusive bigger brief which included phone hook up with Chris in Chicago."

He is overseas as of yesterday back next Wednesday .... could be other business but the timing might also correspond to an announcement and PR on the PE deal (as they said they expected to finalise the new agreement "in the coming weeks" on 20 November). So next week could be interesting. Amex, anyone else .. heard anything about this possibility?
