I work in Oil and Gas. It is quite evident. I'd say minerals industry is worse off as generally speaking they have poorer rosters. Usually Oil and Gas runs at even time rosters (2 weeks on 2 weeks off for example). Or somethings 2 on 1 off, etc. But I hear a lot of minerals guys doing 5 weeks on, 1 week off, 10 days on, 4 days off. Work/life balance is far too out of whack which I think contributes to this increase in mental health issues. MEB could easily tailor to large mining corps
