For me its not a matter of "if" but "when. SO I have arranged my bottle of wine to celebrate with when OBJ passes 25c. It may take a month, 6 months, 1 year , 3 years or even 5 years. But My wine will keep and I may even share some with a friend or 2. I chose a Redman from Coonawarra 2006 Cab Sav Imperial (6 litre bottle)
