    the reasoning ?
    Whilst the ACA Lawyer mooted class action could contain some painful message I'm prepared to accept that the bad news - class action , maybe 2 of them is on- is now priced into the SGH stock price.   
    I'm also willing to punt that the AGM has no nasties ..so, with the effluxion of time the good news that it's ( profitable) business as usual will buoy the stock.
