Pretty easy to do a bit of research and clarify for yourself.
But just to shut you up, here is a link of Tattersfield Group participating in a CR at a discounted price at the time of 2.2c p/s.
Please also take into consideration that they owned over 15 mil shares before hand and have a look at 10 year chart and you will see that they had paid multiples of the current share price.
