Also means no need for a CR which would dilute holders further.
Also option holders will want to see this above 2c otherwise they are just losing money if they convert at 2c now and then sell at 2c or anything less than 2.5c really and many will be wanting to make decent profit on their options.
With the options converted it adds off the top of my head roughly $4.5m cash on top of the current $3.8m (or $3.5?) either way end up with roughly $8m in cash which is more than enough for a while.
Not to mention field work results due soon and then drilling to start....land next to KDR
Month ago this was 1c-1.6c and struggling to push past that. When results are shown to be similar to KDR watch the re-rate come fast and hard!
