I'm sure the Zinc price will fall at some stage. But I'm a realist and I would like to see some evidence that the miners are ramping up their production or new mines are reaching production phase. Or demand is dropping back due to high Zinc prices.

At this stage, I have very few reports to indicate big increases in Zinc production nor big drops in Zinc demand.

There will be fluctuations/corrections in the Zinc spot price, this is to be expected. But are you prepared to stick your neck out and tell us the date when Zinc has reached its absolute peak? I would doubt it, because this is simply too difficult. You can tell us the same story for another 6 to 12 months. Eventually, you may reach a date when Zinc prices do plummet 30%. By that time, I suspect you would've missed out on some nice gains had you jumped on board earlier on.

There needs to be some major economic catastrophies before your scenario will be realised.
