I guess if any thing eventuates it is a bonus. "The company proposes to raise up to $195,000 by making a placement of up to 19,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a $0.01 to directors". Bad joke ,I vaguely remember our man Green selling heaps of shares prior to de-listing. Now they are letting him buy them back at a cent and giving him more in lieu of unpaid directors fees. Might go to this meeting and ask him why he sold so many shares before collapse, as ASIC didn't.
