Was doing some reading last night on a few different articles that were critical of how the App Review works at Apple. I have no doubt that it is some incompetent buffoon at their end who is holding this up. Many ridiculous stories of incompetence on Apple's behalf for simple problems - sometimes even no problems. Rejected apps that a developer resubmits without changes that then get approved. Still a waiting game.
