yes hottuna, a bloomberg terminal will cost you about $1700 per month. Precisely what @madamswer recommended as standard equipment and suitable for mums & dad investors to put them on the same playing field as manipulators and chancers.
(at least, I think that's what he said....difficult to interpret him sometimes, but definitely baulked at the idea that having a bloomberg terminal is elitist. Well, it is standard equipment for brokers, of course).
