If they felt they had any support from SHers the directors would let the vote happen at the AGM instead of incurring the cost of an EGM which will happen IMO. This action speaks volumes about the (lack of) support directors believe they have. Honourable directors, believing they do not have SHer support would resign or at the very least submit themselves for re-election.
