Only just found out this thread is up.

I am all in through seed and ipo.
Big conviction stock for me.
Health Tech stocks are my pet investment.

The founder of the Mente technology who is from Malta was offered a deal from Silicon Valley types. His brother just happens to live in Perth. He walked into Azure's offices and asked for their opinion on the deal terms. The founder was getting screwed big time and John Toll from Azure said we can do a much better deal for you here in Australia.

When I first invested there was no Italian deal and I thought the IPO would be on a much higher EV value after the deal happened but Azure kept it at pre deal prices.

This is the first of many deals coming up.
