Initial reaction is to vote AGAINST resolution 2 and probably 1 (have to dig that report up but any pay rises should be REJECTED big time).
Still need to read all the details of Resolution 4 but initial thought is we may have to accept it to raise cash without debt and get this b1tch back on track.
