Well said.
On a side note, Why bother bringing in new projects and not develope them to their full potential?
My vote is for a new board for the following reasons:
1/ Maybe with the new board we may still be able to salvage something from those tenements that were sold or maybe not?, and
2/ If not, we can't do any worse, but be considered as a shell and a new beginning.
