deleterious -
causing harm or damage.
Moot point IMO - there are no deleterious materials such as vanadium.
What does that mean - well to me (person with no agenda) it means that there are no materials that could cause harm or damage. Now how can that be said - well IMO it means that the % of vanadium is so insignificant that it is not harmful - TOO SIMPLE.
As an example: ...."Scientists working on a huge project that has mapped all the different microbes that live in and on a healthy human body have made a number of remarkable discoveries, including the fact that harmful bacteria can live in healthy bodies and co-exist with their host and other microbes without causing disease."
so in that instance the body contains no deleterious bacteria - as it has no impact on the health of the person.
Probably wasting time trying to explain my viewpoint to some!!!!
