KEY APPOINTMENTS TO EXPEDITE MINING OPERATIONS
The Board of Volt Resources Limited (ASX: VRC), (“Volt” or, the “Company”) is pleased to
confirm key operational appointments to complement the existing team.
As management strongly believe that demand for Tanzanian natural graphite is set to increase
materially over the next few years, an experienced team with the blended prerequisite skillset
has been recently recruited to work alongside consultants, BatteryLimits, to expedite mining
operations. Volt Resources has now successfully assembled a highly experienced team in the
following areas:
 Geological
 Metallurgical
 Mining Engineering
 Marketing and,
 Finance
Reporting to Executive Chairman Stephen Hunt, the additional team comprises the following:
Godwin Nyelo
B Sc Geology
(Hons), MBA
(Mineral Resources)
Head of Corporate Affairs – Since retiring from the civil service in
Tanzania, Mr Nyelo has undertaken select consulting assignments and
a six year stint with Magnis Resources (ASX code MNS) (2008-14) in a
similar role. He was instrumental in securing a special mining licence.
