information on new kambalda mines

Does anyone have any background information, or know a source of information on the new mines MCR aquired.

In particular perhaps there's an old Kambalda hand out there that knows what state they would be in, how long to bring into production and at what cost?

Seems to me that the market has overlooked this aquisition. Perhaps there is a poor perception of the purchase? I like the strategy based on the assumption that Mr Moore has behaved true to form, but perhaps I am wrong?

Some knowledgeable input would be great.
