Base case 3 cents x 25 million = $800k
More likely 7-10 cents x 25 million = 1.75-2.5 million on top of his $600k just for doing his job.
@gatorzz The line about it not diluting is rubbish, as soon as the shares vest,dilution occurs.
Anyway enough "whinging" I want to see these guys remunerated well and think the numbers are fair, I just want the goal posts a bit higher.
Its all a bit moot as only about 1% of these types of packages are voted down.
