Clearasmud, please enlighten me,what makes you think arq has good management.
I know they have plenty of leases but very poor record re drilling of late plus dwindling reserves I would have thought.
As for potential,you could say that about a lot of oilers, but Arq hasnt been able to show anything much over last 2 yrs going on its 10% lower sp now compared to dec 2004.
Some time in the future,arq may come back to life but its certainly been having a very long sleep,while other oilers have been rolling ahead.
