    No because if they only wanted to know who will attend they must contact every shareholder. They could send an RSVP to everyone via IR or computershare or like AGM ANN. I'm sure that would be less effort and much cheaper then phoning shareholders. Also if they only wanted to know about attendance they would not ask if the shareholder was voting per the Directors recommendations.
