Here is a fact for you

Back when the board was new and proposed their recapitalisation. I was dead set against it and people like you were telling me to calm down, get on board with the board and it will all be alright. There were not many nay sayers back then. One of the few semi constructive points made to me was to ring the company

I did and was diverted back to the Media guy who was no help at all

I came back to HC angrier than ever (in relation to EGO) and spouted off.

Then I received a phone call from Kent. after a lengthy discussion he talked me around to the point of not actively opposing the deal.

My point is at least Kent is brave enough to confront his share holder base and thrash things out. The current B & M are gutless in this respect.

That is 1 huge plus for Kent
