The thing that's good is the strategic investors now own about 13% of AGY...
management are probably down to 12%. So that's 25% of the shares removed from the float. There's another 5-10% of the WA gang.
The float is everything.
As I've been saying, if no one sells and then people want to buy the shares...that's when you get the baggers and 30+% daily pops up.
I've spoken to many HC investors and have come up with a 8-10+% guesstimate of HC investors...this could be much higher.
So that could be a open float of only 55% if everyone stays tight. Or 9M worth of shares new investors will need to fight over.

Once the news starts comes in....don't sell...make new investors pay for AGY.
