With regards to recommencement of trading under their existing name and the large share consolidation, I feel the new business strategy is attempting to distance itself from their current name and share price. Personally, I have no dramas with the business name change, however the 500 to 1 ratio has got me a bit peeved. I hold a fairly large parcel of units with cok (30 mill) and probably like most of us - took part in the share offer some time back where investors were promised a golden opportunity. What gets me is that a few directors walked away with a tidy sum (which in no doubt was provided by us investors). My argument is that if consolidation take place, make it a bit more reasonable (eg 50 to 1) and in the current climate where coal prices are looking up, then the company can buy back our shares at a moderate rate.

This is a beautiful mine with a lot of potential of upside, however what has happened in the last 12 to 18 months has really left a sour taste in the mouths of some with respect of how it was run into the ground.

Let us hope that our our new directors have their fingers on the pulse.
