We are in the fours simply because of the association with the rise and fall of IOT, the misnomer of a stock flogging flying selfie drones which flew to 18 cents and is back at its floating price of 2.5 cents.
Considering XPE's SP has also been like a yo yo, that probably hasn't helped. If you want to enjoy a good dinner, it takes time to prepare. Some people prefer instant noodles!
XPE has all the fundamentals. It has a seasoned, proudly self proclaimed "road warrior" at the helm. Just waiting for the App to be released on Apple, porting to Telink to be finished, and a few appliance makers to take it on board and this will fly better than a useless selfie drone (last thing the world needs in my view).
