As I mentioned before, IMHO this is significant signal as Jamie Boyton is a Chairman of Capital Drilling. They're drilling Indiana's tenements in Tanzania for a long time, and they certainly know what is in the ground there.
With this latest change, he should directly or indirectly control over 10% of all IDA shares (BPM Commodities + Capital Drilling Mauritius + possibly some more below the line). Good times are coming soon?
