Anyone have any news on this.... ''Subject to satisfaction of certain minimum requirements, it is anticipated the transaction will be finalised in mid to late July 2003.'' Also...where would such an arrangement leave the company in terms of it's reliance on the China business for cashflow.... maybe Grant62 has some thoughts??
