I invite pj to submit some relevant links to news stories or other sources. Otherwise I think we can conclude that this thread has been started on unsubtantiated "information" and consign it to the dustbin...

So at the end it was true. Please everybody can make their own conclusions if when I post something is true or not. Jemse likes 20% of the project. As they have not enough funds to invest probably a long political negotiation will start with the different companies.
From now on it will be necessary to deal with Jemse and this surely implies some delays and concessions.
This is a new stage. Imagine at the end Jemse needs to demonstrate that something more gets from the Li companies. Jemse at least needs to show some victory. Remember that in 2017 in Argentina there is a political election. Jemse can be used for the politician to gain votes.
