souls is a long and steady player - they are precise and carry out thorough due diligance. They are such an old boys club that they just look for a solid 8% p.a. and they're happy. I assume that this would be part of their more risky portfolio weighting but their presence does bring reassurance that one of their representatives could easily ask management to view their business plan and finical projections. I assume they got in at .33 during the CR and building on market - be nice to see a substantial holder form come in from them - a possible curve ball of a positive announcement i haven't thought of b4
