Indeed but the same could be said of anywhere Dale. There is also a wonderful majority who want a better life for themselves and their region. They are excited about the bridge and the prospect of growth. They know the artesian spinel mines (I. E. vagabonds digging in the valleys) are not the key to progress in the area.
I'm really sorry to call you out as being overly pessimistic or just plainly trying to spin a negative effect yarn but it really is quite obvious that you're exaggerating
