I didnt expect my post about the raising at 0.18 to create such a hullabaloo. I was just being helpful.  
Fosters put out the offer today to their clients. It came to my attention. Im just relaying the information to you all for your benefit.
BRN are seeking to raise A$3-4m at A$0.18 per share, a 25% discount to the 30 day VWAP, and a 28% discount to the closing price on Friday 21 October.
Best of luck to all, and don't be so despondent about the raise. Companies often need to raise funds to develop the business. Frequently prices go up after raisings, particularly if there is news flow. If no developments, then true, participants will often sell down for modest profit. Who knows what happens here, but hopefully there are some announcements shortly and SP flies.
