3- You are on the verge of being kicked out of the stock market. Only solution is a reverse split. I for one wouldnt like to one day reach $5-10 but with 10-20% of my current share total.

4- The current ceo when he took over promised to be more transparent buld credibility and not offer the same "rhetoric" as the previous ceo. What did we get in the last year ? Broken promises ( neuro trial start then sudden pause " , buying a technology which isnt your specialization and has no connection to your main product. Wasting a whole year to have this new strategy with 38+ staff. What have they been doing for the past year ? If you bought aquadex in august , 10 months of sitting in their desks doing what? All good reducing current exp. to 800k. No information given. It is always exciting times in SSH as per management. It sure is exciting at 30 cents with not even a single insider buy. The lower the share price the harder for anyone to invest. The company should have made a convertible debt deal with a big partner at the $1 level.

5- I do understand having a source of revenue instead of nothing to fall back on till you get someone to invest and get you out of your whole. But the facts are , Erb had over a year to convince any party to part with a measly $10m to progress the neuro trial and such. Has he delivered ? He is paid 300k+ annually with bucketloads of options , Has he been transparent ? I dont agree. I have had contact a few times and with the position im holding im not impressed with any of his replies. To quote " it has been a bad time for SSH but things are looking up " December 2015. To be at the end of the year 2016 and to still not have the financial situation sorted is childs play. Any party in discussions with the company will have access to the company's plans and numbers and projections. ( inside info) Has any1 invested ?
Has any1 working in the company taken a few thousand dollars and bought some shares at these record lows ? $50k would get you about 160k shares. It took some of us 10 times that amount to get less shares than 160k. Point is , those working inside the company dont see the benefit of buying into the company.

6- The short position is about 700-800k shares. To have this amount of shorts at $3 is one thing. To have them at $0.30 is a whole different level. This could fall further. And sadly , most have their hands tied. Strategic realignment press release. Was that necessary ? You could have mentioned this in the CC. We are focusing the short term on aquadex and pausing the neuro and by the revenue numbers we have done so. The price would be close to $1 as it was. But instead ? put out that release , shoot the stock $0.7 to $0.3 . Brilliant that. I am not kidding when I say its like they want the price to be in the ground.

7- Nothing personal towards Erb. Just worried about my investment and the time its taken. People tend to forget that he has been chairman of the board and signs off on everything. So for the last 4 years he was basically in charge. If we reached lows with previous management , he has taken it to a whole new level.

8- Dont really care but not everyone here has the same agenda. No matter how inefficient and poor results have been and the reality , some are clapping with enthusiasm cheering every release/cc . Im sure im not the only one who has lost heavily here and im sure im not the only one fearing that the investment has gone bust. The company has been sugar coating sh*t for the last year and weve been tagged along. If that was the plan a year ago , 90% of everyone here would have sold.

9- Reality is , nothing will save the company now bar a partnership. I do hope erb has a plan and always had a plan from day 1 irrespective of the stock price. Doubt that is the case as management would have bought at these levels. I do hope he goes on this forum as Im sure im on his email block list and I doubt im the only one. Had an old post a few years back , at what price would you sell. Most here wanted $20-80. ( this could have been sold for a billion if the first or the second neuro trial was successful .Right now im sure most would settle for $2.5-5. Sad but true.

I do hope this clears most of the points and the reality of the situation. I do hope im proven wrong with a miracle. Even when things are going up in flames , There are " some " who would drive this to the sky before it burns. One last getaway. It took min. volume to drive this from $0.4 to $1.6 on no news.
Waiting for a similar move to get away and im sure im not the only one. Never been a negative person but I see it and say it how it is.

A partnership / a convertible debt deal very soon or its lights out.

1 Aquadex can never be a stand alone product??
Don't get me wrong, everything is highly risky but I don't understand your comment.
A minor improvement in efficacy plus a minor increase in price competitiveness and Aquadex is ahead of diruretic pills. A fraction of this market would make a stand alone product.
The question is can SSH execute, is the Class 3/4 space just too difficult or have they learnt a way through? Being trying for a while.
The cost figures in the report would be highly innacurate I would think, prepared in hindsight for Baxters purposes.
