Name me any politician today who is not in it for him/herself. Once there were people in politics for the betterment of the country. Now that is overshadowed by self-interested, greedy,arrogant types who do anything to maintain votes so they can graduate to politicians' pension haven, no matter how pathetically they have performed in their role. Don't suppose you can blame them, given the ridiculously generous benefits they inherit.
