    May one of you smart nuts please explain to me what the agreement in terms of the 247M shares issued to the senior lenders mean? How is it calculated. Also, they issue TGS with debt and TGS issue them with equity? If TGS repays all debts (if ever) then the issued equity to the lenders were free of charge?
