We simply dont know. Maybe COP is caught up in complex legal agreements that are incompatible with each other, maybe FAR is stalling for more time to sort out PE finance, potentially a few other speculative theories are possible. The fact is that we just don't know the real story. There is smoke haze but we dont know where it is coming from IMO.
If FAR fail to PE price will go up IMO because the project will be on track and they still have 15% of a growing resource, if they successfully PE price will most likely go up a bit more. Lets see what happens. It's all good.
