I think you used a really interesting word there "time" and therein lies the problem. It's not folks with "too much time on their hands" it's folks who were given TIME-frames which, to-date, haven't been met.
I agree it's in all probability an Apple issue but when information isn't forthcoming conspiracy theories are bound to happen. Don't shoot the messengers on the forums because honestly they're the only messengers we've got at the moment.
I reiterate WGL can simply stop the crap by keeping the SH informed
