It would be reasonable to assume that larger providers such as Goodstart and G8 would continually be favoured by these surveys. The maximum number of people surveyed is 3000 but can be as low as 800, there would be more families that participated in these surveys using the services of Goodstart and G8 rather than Tiny Teddies Early Learning Centre in Hobart.
The point is that Guardian are proactive in improving occupancy.
