Having seen my friend's subi strand apartments I also enjoyed the quality and presentation. I am curious how other projects hold up, as I was chatting to someone who works in the construction area on some of these projects, and in in light of the recent apartment fatality I only found out that he worked with some of the Finbar projects. Some of the material / things used did surprise me. Without going into further detail publicly - as I don't wish to sound negative or defamatory of the company given I'm a shareholder.
Then again I walked into my own construction site for my house and some of the labour and/or materials made me feel like I could try my hand at it the first time around. I guess we can't always expect Italian imported products and labour performed by a 30 year veteran/specialist.
