well i dont disagree entireley showstring

but i think there's generally investors who focus on cashflow - and they generally chase bigger and proven companies

and then there's growth focused investors - where revenue is secondary to the rate of growth - and they assume at some point revenues will come - worked for FB didnt for twitter.

there's always some overlap of course - everybody ultimately wants revenue after all.

but to get enough buying to change the course of a stock price - i think that usually takes motivating one camp or the other.
