Someone has been keen to get out of their holding for many months now. It feels like a final capitulation to me. Could be a good thing.
I think we need to see an updated top 20 for some clues.
Even though it comes as a bit of a shock, it looks like the sell off was well absorbed by some stronger hands.
Might pay to flick of some emails to Cirrus for some peace of mind, see how they respond.
