Absolutely agree with your statement MJ. Usually when a placement happened, SP tends to fall to the placement price or abit above it, but in this case, the management has pulled it off perfectly.
Dilution, absolutely there is a small dilution but IMO the impacts are not in the immediate future but a long term one when the big boys buy out 88e, share holders will get a little less profit as the pool grows bigger.
