I'm rather perplexed as to why the company has not released Q1 results yet. Nothing stopping them from doing it during a TH and would certainly provide more clarity on the situation.
If the Q report is a shocker I would have to agree with some that Mt K are trying to do a runner here and limit loses.
However if the Q report confirms $3-8m free cash flow I belive Mt K would be confident that a debt-equity deal now would provide a solid return in the future IMO.
