    Well I worked several times with private equity comps. And if a company were in real trouble (as tgs is now) the lender/sh always set a better and healthier solution to get the comp. back on track w/o an overloaded and impossible debtpackage as we see it here... just my opinion... the lenders (sh) are not very nice to tgs on that current stage.
