There's been much criticism about posters querying the delays but when there has been several 3 day time frames put on the release I think your possible scenario "If an app is returned multiple times from the review process then it has to make you question the quality of the app" is a reasonable one.

Of course the delays don't mean the sky is falling Chicken Little but I do wonder if / when we get another 3 day delay with no further information we all really are expected to continue to blindly believe that all is good ? If there are more delays I'm hoping for a little bit more information this time around than what seems to be this arbitrary 3 days.
