Cuppa, Ross is a NED, the two resolutions seek to give him ~180k worth of rights, and increase the permissible fixed rem limit +100k (which they'll probably pass on to him).
So Dr Ross will be up around 400k package for this year, and considering he hasn't launched us in to the stratosphere yet, I feel he should've been happy with 150k figurehead pay until that time.
